Your role

We are looking for someone who will drive compliance of Third Party engagements with UBS policies and laws and regulations globally. Are you detail oriented and a great communicator? Key responsibilities:
  • Identify and evaluate risks and compliance issues at individual suppliers together with stakeholders;
  • Independently perform selected supplier risk management processes;
  • Lead and contribute to projects addressing operational improvement potentials;
  • Analyze and resolve potential shortcomings in vendor management activities;
  • Support various projects to address specific supplier risk issues;
  • Provide inputs to supplier risk management audits.

Your team

You will be working in Corporate Centre within the Supply Chain organization. The team is responsible for ensuring UBS lives up to regulatory expectations with respect to Vendor Risk Controls and to monitor and enforce policy compliance within the bank. This role sits in Global Supply Chain in the Supplier Risk Management team. Supply Chain was created to enhance value identification and delivery within GCS, supporting UBS with its third party vendor management as well as with its Real Estate and Outsourcing footprint.

Your expertise

You have:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in risk management, preferably supplier risk and relationship management, 3rd Party risk management or regulatory, compliance, governance management;
  • Experience with internal / external audit processes;
  • Good understanding of third party and contract lifecycle management;
  • Convincing presentation and written communication skills;
  • Good level of MS PowerPoint and MS Excel capabilities;
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to a dynamically changing environment;
  • Experience with SAP Ariba, Coupa, (or similar CLM tools) and/or Alteryx Designer or Tableau Servers.
